Drilling holes into rubber marine fenders is possible in all kinds of shapes. Standard fenders, such as D section fenders, Delta fenders and more fenders, are predrilled and deliverable out of stock. Customer specific fenders with drilled holes have short delivery terms. Production of the rubber products is in compliance with ISO9001 certification.

Drilling & cutting of rubber fenders

To cut rubber marine fenders into the required lengths sawing machines and the guillotine can be used. The ends of the rubber fenders can be bevelled and holes can be drilled into virtually any shape of rubber marine fenders. Standard fenders, such as D-section fenders and Delta fenders, can be predrilled and provided from stock. Customer-specific rubber fenders with drilled holes can be supplied with short lead times.
